
“A Backpack Survival Guide for Substitute Teachers” is a six-course (45 hour) non-credit series which will lead the participant from an introductory level to a professional substitute teacher level. Each course contains specific information and related hands-on activities designed to encourage substitute teacher effectiveness in the elementary and secondary educational classroom, providing skills and confidence to participants.
This Program is offered through Corporate and Continuing Education (CCE). Students are strongly encouraged to register for the entire series. However, single courses may also be taken.
