I would like to recommend Jr. Toastmasters. We found this one of the better leadership classes offered in this area. It is something I would recommend for all students and one I would want both of my children to take over and over again.

Amber loved Paths to Leadership, I think she said it was her favorite even over the acting class (which surprises me). She liked the acting class, too.
Lisa, my little one, LOVED the Spanish class!! She said it was her favorite. She also had fun in Degas Dancers and showed me how she's supposed to practice doing a split. :-) Tonight she actually said it's like the best day at a camp she's ever had! WOW! She ALWAYS complains about camps, so that's big!! So please pass along to those involved great job, they pleased a very picky customer!!

My son has been a volunteer with the 2008 Summer Youth College since the beginning of the program. I want to recommend you and the instructors for the wonderful program and given my son the opportunity to be part of it. I may say he doesn't want to miss a day, he has really enjoy working with the students. He will miss two days [for vacation but] he doesn't want to leave because he stated he gave his word that he will be working to the end of the program. Which I applaud his commitment and his responsibility as a young man.
Thank you again and we look forward for next year, that you give him the opportunity again.

Thank you for everything. My daughter truly enjoyed Summer Youth College at Lake Worth. She has expressed interest in being an intern next year. Today will be her last day because she was accepted into a 2-week ASL course at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. The valuable skills that she acquired through your program (Jr. Toastmasters, Essay Writing, Word Play and most of all ASL) will benefit her tremendously.
Please let me know if Jr. Toastmasters has an organization locally that she can join.

I just have to tell you that I have had the BEST experience & fun time at SYC in Lake Worth. I have enjoyed teaching these wonderful students & your Assistants & Interns are GREAT!! I like how well organized it is, how smooth the transitions are from classes, & the ages divided up for my class made it smaller class so more individual attention can be met for those needing the help. The students have wonderful attitudes, helpful to each other & show great pride & respect for the college.
I am so impressed & feel privileged to be working here this summer & hope to come back next summer. I have even been asked by parents & students if I would continue teaching through private lessons. WOW!! The e-mails from parents are so sweet & encouraging.
Thanks Jeannette for making this an incredible summer for me. I can't think of anything negative or suggest any changes. From my side YOU did a great job!! Please think of me next year Thanks again for everything. Would love to keep in contact with you. Great summer.
