
This is a series of four PSAV courses that provide students with the general office skills and knowledge they need to be successful working in today’s modern office environment as general office clerks, receptionists, and office assistants. Upon completion of the series, students will receive an Award of Achievement. These courses are offered on a flexible schedule, allowing students to work at their own pace anytime during lab hours. On their first visit, students meet with the lab staff to develop an individualized learning plan. Students must complete a College Application before registering for OTA 0100, OTA 0131, OTA 0421, and OTA 0423. The application is online at www.FACTS.org.
