The CERT Program is a cooperative effort between Palm Beach County and Palm Beach State College. Properly trained citizens can become a tremendous response resource in an emergency. Palm Beach County, in partnership with Palm Beach State maintains a citizen training program known as CERT (Community Emergency Response Team). This program is designed to focus on hurricanes and other potential major emergencies common to Palm Beach County.
