Open Enrollment
|
Open enrollment is October 12 through 30, 2009, for an effective date of January 1, 2010. Some of the changes available are:
- All full-time employees are required to complete a life insurance enrollment form for the College paid life and AD&D insurance.
- Enrollment in one of the new voluntary dental plans.
- Enrollment in the new voluntary vision plan.
- Enrollment in voluntary supplemental life and AD&D.
- Sick leave pool applications for eligible employees.
- Enrollment in voluntary short term disability.
- Flexible spending amounts need to be completed for 2010 for all new and continuing participants.
- Add or remove dependents or switch between plans for medical insurance.
