July 20 – Guaranteed processing date for the fall term. Completed applications received by this date will be processed in time to provide coverage for tuition and fees for the fall term up to the amount of your financial aid award. If your financial aid file is completed after this date we will still try to process your application in time. However, please be prepared to pay your tuition and fees by the due date printed on your class schedule.
November 1 – Guaranteed processing date for the spring term. Completed applications received by this date will be eligible for tuition and fee coverage up to the amount of their financial aid awards for the spring term. April 15 - Guaranteed processing date for the summer term. Completed applications received by this date will be eligible for tuition and fee coverage up to the amount of their financial aid awards for the summer term. Student Loans:
Fall - July 20

Summer - April 15
Please submit a student loan application (via PantherWeb) by the dates listed above in order to be eligible for tuition and fee coverage by your loan. If you submit a loan application after the deadline you are responsible to pay your tuition and fees by the due date printed on your class schedule.
Scholarships:
Fall - July 1
Spring - November 1
Summer - April 15
Scholarship data sheet and check(s) must be received by the dates listed above in order to be eligible for tuition and fee coverage by your scholarship. If you submit a scholarship data sheet or check(s) after the deadline date, you are responsible to pay for your tuition and fees by the due date on your class schedule.
